Pneumatic control systems are quite common in industrial production lines, providing
fast and cost saving
solutions to packaging lines, food and beverage production, and breweries. They are also used in mobile
equipment to control dump boxes, sand and salt spreaders, and the PTO's on large vehicles. As a Parker
Technology Center we can provide you with effective cost saving solutions using Parker's high quality
line of cylinders, valves, and accessories to get the job done right.
For hydraulic control systems you use low pressure pilot oil to control the various
functions of your system; safe and reliable, they have been used on fishing boats for
years to operate
main control valves from multiple locations using hydraulic pilot joysticks.
But it doesn't stop there, steering systems on boats and tractors are also control systems;
they allow you to control machine direction by a simple turn of a wheel. By integrating directional,
pressure, and flow control valves we can provide you with a complete self-contained package that's
ready to install based on your requirements, and a staff with a reputation built on customer satisfaction.
For sand and salt spreaders we use our line of Parker IQAN mobile controllers to integrate electrical
control with such popular valves as the Parker Pulsar/VOAC line or the Commercial line of valves. But
it doesn't stop there, we can also integrate such valves as the Danfoss PVG or any other manufacturer's
valves with a simple software change, it's that easy.
If safety is your highest concern, as is ours here at Hydraulic Systems, we also offer a line of
radio remote controls to keep personnel at safe distances from dangerous machinery. Whether it's a
simple on/off control, an overhead crane, a proportional crane remote, or a custom built unit, we have
a vast array of options for you to choose from and the trained expertise to work with you to ensure
your satisfaction.
